Solid tour, minor booking snag

I took the monument night tour. The tour itself was great, saw all the main spots lit up, which was really cool. Our guide knew a lot and kept things interesting. My only minor complaint was the booking process felt a little clunky on the website, but it worked out fine in the end. Overall, a good experience and pretty fair price for what you get.

Decent "Mount Vernon" trip

We did the "mount vernon day trip". The bus was comfortable and the ride there was smooth. Our guide gave us some interesting facts along the way, which was nice. I thought the amount of time we had at Mount Vernon itself was a little rushed, maybe an extra hour would have made it perfect to really explore everything without feeling like we had to sprint through. Overall though, it was a good value for what we paid and a convenient way to get out there.

Easy and fun twilight tour

Went on the twilight monument tour with my partner, and it was super chill. The meeting spot was easy to find. The bus was comfy, and seeing everything at dusk was really pretty. The guide shared some cool facts but didn't overload us. Just a nice, relaxed way to see the city after dark. Good time, would do it again.

Great value for the price

I was looking for a good deal on a DC tour and saw their multi-tour bundle discount. I ended up getting the hop-on hop-off bus tour and the capitol hill walking tour. The savings were noticeable compared to buying them separately. For a first-time visitor like me, it felt like a really smart way to see a lot without breaking the bank. I was happy with what I paid for.

So much fun!

Oh my goodness, the "monument night tour" was absolutely incredible! Our guide was just fantastic, so knowledgeable and funny. Seeing everything lit up was pure magic. I seriously had the best time, and I'm already planning my next trip to try the "cherry blossom seasonal tour" in the spring. I'm telling all my friends about this company!

Great deal for "Arlington"

I was looking for a good way to see Arlington National Cemetery and found their "arlington national cemetery tour". I managed to snag a pretty sweet "senior citizen discount" when I booked, which made the price even better. The tour itself was well-organized, and the guide did a respectful job explaining everything. For the price I paid, I definitely felt like I got a lot out of it. Good value for sure.

Loved the Lincoln Memorial visit!

Oh my goodness, I went on the Lincoln Memorial guided visit and it was fantastic! The guide was so knowledgeable and brought history to life. I learned so much and saw things I would have totally missed on my own. It was such a memorable experience, I'm definitely going to book another tour with them soon! Can't wait to try the African American History Tour next.

Good "hop-on hop-off" experience

I booked the "hop-on hop-off bus tour" for a day of exploring. It was pretty easy to use, you know, just get on and off when you want. The bus came around often enough that I didn't feel like I was waiting forever. It covered all the main spots I wanted to see without a fuss. Pretty solid way to see the city.

Detailed review of Arlington Cemetery Tour

I booked the Arlington National Cemetery Tour and was impressed by the organization. We met at the designated spot promptly, and the check-in was smooth. Our guide, Sarah, was excellent; she clearly had a deep respect for the site and shared many poignant stories, not just dry facts. The pace of the tour was just right, allowing time for reflection at key memorials like the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the Kennedy gravesites. It lasted about three hours, which felt appropriate for covering the main areas without rushing. The headset provided worked well, making it easy to hear Sarah even in a larger group. The only minor point was the lack of clear signage for water fountains in the cemetery itself, but that's not really the tour company's fault. Overall, a very respectful and informative experience; I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to understand the significance of Arlington.

Thinking of booking a tour for my family this summer, is this site legit or some random internet thing?

C Carly C. 2 months ago
Yeah, they're legit. Used them last year for a monument tour, everything was smooth.

Totally. They've been around for a while, good guides too. Don't worry about it being fake.

They do! My husband got a discount for the WWII memorial tour. Definitely ask when you're booking or look for the option at checkout.

Looking at the multi-tour bundle, seems like a good deal. Can I stack another coupon code I found online with that?

W Wendy Patel 2 months ago
Nah, probably not. Most places don't let you double up discounts, especially if it's already a bundle.

M Marcus 2 months ago
Usually, coupon codes don't combine with other deals like group rates or bundles. So, likely one or the other.

Are these tours wheelchair friendly? My mom uses one and we want to do the Lincoln Memorial visit.

G Gwen Torres 2 months ago
From what I remember, a lot of the main monuments and paths are accessible. I'd definitely email them directly to be sure about that specific tour though, some spots can be tricky.

D David Vargas 2 months ago
I saw people in wheelchairs on the National Mall tours, but for specific monument entries, it's always best to confirm with them directly to avoid surprises.

What's the deal with cancellations? My travel plans are a bit up in the air for the Mount Vernon trip next week.

N Nina 2 months ago
I had to cancel a tour with them once. I think it was 24 or 48 hours notice for a full refund? You should definitely check their site, but it wasn't too restrictive.

I Ivy 1 month ago
Yeah, I canceled a couple days before my White House tour and got my money back no problem. Just make sure you do it within their window.
